Existential guidance

when winning is not enough

IS THIS YOU

  • When winning is not enough.

  • You built everything they said would make you whole. It didn't.

  • The mind cannot think its way out of an existential gap.

  • That emptiness is not a malfunction. It is the most honest thing about you.

  • This is not conventional coaching. This is existential guidance for founders and leaders who are done pretending the gap isn't there.

  • I am a Guide. In name, and in practice.

  • I walk with you into the places logic cannot reach.

Existential Guidance

What I offer is not knowledge. It is not strategy.
It is a shift — in the frequency you operate from.
The relentless narrative in your head — the planning, the justifying, the performing — loses its grip.
Not through understanding it.
Through feeling what was always underneath it.
From restlessness to stillness.
From thinking to being.
This is a contained process. Intimate.
Online.
And priced accordingly.
Not about becoming someone new.
About remembering who you already are.

ABOUT GUIDO

  • I am a physician, a writer, and an Existential Guide.

  • I know the restlessness you carry.

  • That constant, unnamed unease beneath the success.

  • Most people call it emptiness. It is not. It is an existential fear and it has been quietly running you for years.

  • I know it not because I survived it, but because I live there.

  • And what I found is this: existential fear, when met directly, becomes existential power. That is where your real strength lives.

  • What happens in this work is concrete, not conceptual.

  • You stop managing yourself.

  • The restlessness you carry, that constant, unnamed unease, becomes your most reliable guide.

  • When that shifts — everything shifts.

  • I now live and work from Bali.

  • I guide high-end entrepreneurs who have run out of explanations for the gap.

Victor Sikkens
General practioner

Sometimes you hear something a hundred times without really understanding it. That's how it was for me. It was only later that I realised I had been trying to hang a painting with screws and a hammer all along — I had the wrong tools.I searched everywhere for answers. In self-help books. In podcasts. In conversations. I learned a lot, but deep down, nothing changed. Until the moment came when I felt that the solution lay somewhere I had never looked before. When the student is ready, the teacher will appear. And then Guido came along. What he taught me was not a trick or a quick fix. He taught me something more fundamental: to no longer see my emotions as something that works against me, but as something that gives me direction. Torments became signposts.Slowly, struggle turned into harmony. Decisions became calmer, purer, closer to who I really am. There was more balance. More authenticity. More humanity.Where fear and frustration used to dominate periods of my life, now they are only moments — signals. And the difference is: now I know what to do with them. In my own way.Where the future used to be scary, now it has become an adventure!Thank you, Guido.

Policy worker

I thought I was an authentic person until I did the existential guidance with Guido. In a good sense, I was confronted with my unconscious way of living, which was the starting point of becoming the governor of my own precious life. The combination of theory and practice was very effective for me. Being a very emotional person, it was an eye-opener to understand how my emotions ruled my life and got me into a lot of messy situations. At least now i am conscious of it and got the technics to let my emotions rather be my advisors in stead of 'life-crashers'.
A life changing training of which i am grateful to have been able to do.
Thank you Guido!

The Practicalities

This work happens online, wherever you are in the world.
The investment is high. Intentionally.
It signals something — to you, not to me.
When you commit at this level, something in you shifts before we even begin.
This work is intensive, not endless.
Most people feel the shift within a handful of sessions.
We stop when the change is real — not when a package runs out.
